The EL adopting servo motor system can eliminate the bulky pattern disk/chain block and stroke conversion device. The servo motor is the source power of the bar traverse mechanism. Each bar of the warp knitting machine is equipped with a servo motor, and the rotation of the servo motor shaft drives the bar to traverse through the mechanical conversion mechanism.

It has the advantages of easy operation, relatively low cost, low noise during operation, good follow-up, etc. It effectively realizes the intermittent traverse of the bar with high positioning accuracy, and greatly reduces the impact of the bar traverse.
